Carbon Champions has a LOT of unique features, and this week we’re featuring autonomy (value 13 of 94).  What this means is that carbon champions can measure, offset and reduce carbon emissions for a cricket club (or any organisation) without bothering busy committees.

How?  Well, our 3D carbon calculator uses ‘big’ data to automatically provide a club with a 10-year carbon reduction plan free of cost or commitment.  All champions have to do is fine tune this by confirming actual activities, finding offset funding and, crucially, reducing carbon emissions.

Club involvement is useful, and committee-based Carbon Crusties help implement champion actions.  Remember this is a grassroots approach, and carbon champions provide the skilled resource necessary to help busy committees address important but not urgent (yet) climate tasks.
