Claydon Court continued its commitment to carbon neutrality by offsetting its carbon emissions through the World Land Trust Carbon Balancing programme for the eighth successive year.

There was some earlier confusion over whether offsetting was needed now we use all-renewable energy sources, but this was cleared up with the help of Ned Harrison from Suffolk’s Carbon Charter team (see earlier post).

Claydon Court has been Carbon Balanced since July 2011 and World Land Trust have proved professional and pragmatic partners throughout our low carbon journey.
