Low Carbon Champions Community Interest Company (CIC)  evolved from the earlier programme of the same name and aims to support and build the low carbon business community in Suffolk.  It does this using web technologies supported by enthusiastic members i.e. low carbon champions.

The presentation will support the official launch of LCC CIC to support its further growth towards critical mass.  It will outline the lessons learned from the original project (including the use of Wizard of Oz characters to map low carbon journeys) and how these have been applied in subsequent programmes such as SABRE.   Proposals for further improvements will then be put forward and how the local low carbon community can support them.

The formal launch of the Low Carbon Champions CIC takes place at Claydon Court between 08.00 & 09.00 on Friday, 21 November.   Delivery will be by Low Carbon Champion CIC founder, Richard ‘Rigsby’ Parker, and will be based on a supporting White Paper.  Breakfast will be served from 07.30.   Places are limited; to reserve yours  register here ASAP.
