Tough new requirements came into force at Claydon Court and all future Neutral Territory properties today requiring ALL tenants to adhere to their simple Measure – Reduce – Offset model.  The three-step, three-word model evolved from the Low Carbon Deviants research project funded by Neutral Territory using interns from the University of East Anglia.
