The formal Low Carbon Champions (LCC) evaluation report was produced by Ruth Melville at Essex University and rightly highlighted all the good things that this innovative and very comprehensive programme achieved (if you want to read it, a copy will be linked shortly).  This doesn’t mean that the prime aim – helping Suffolk SMEs reduce carbon emissions – can’t be done better still.    

My ideas were also detailed in a report destined to be read by absolutely no-one.  To distill these yet maintain reader sanity and make for better blogging I’ll highlight findings in small chunks and hopefully refer back to them as the project progresses.   These will be tagged as ‘lcc lite’.
