The barn at our Claydon Court HQ has now been re-purposed as a dedicate flexible working space. Full details including carbon and congestion savings from 80-20 working are in the Flexible Working section.

The idea is simple: people spend 80% of their time working at their home, 20% in their office.  With four days at home and only one day at work, your office had better be somewhere special.  And the Barn at Claydon Court certainly is, with extensive timbers, vaulted ceiling, recycled gym floor and views over our rear terrace and wildlife garden.

Claydon Court has been carbon neutral for over a decade and is now helping tenants do the same with innovative PAS 2060 services. Visitors are welcome and have free EV charge and are ‘powered by sunshine’ from linked PV panels. Cycling and walking are encouraged with sheltered bike racks, lockers and shower facilities. Heating and cooling are provided by low-energy heat pumps to EBC rating of ‘B’.
