Eight Ash Green CC lived up to its name when Essex & England star Reece Topley confirmed it as being Carbon Balanced through the World Land Trust programme in 2015.

The award capped two years’ work measuring, reducing and offsetting carbon emissions and was presented to the team of interns Luke Keeble, Ollie Stovell and Matt Parker (absent, still in bed).   

The initiative exemplifies the forward-thinking, innovative approach that underpins EAGCC’s progression into a more sustainable society
