2019 was an exciting year, and one in which we finally achieved three objectives:

• First PV panels installed
• First Electric Vehicle charging points installed
• Carbon Charter renewed at Gold level

We’ll be analysing this in more detail in the coming months but the impact is clear in the year-end energy analysis for Claydon Court which was nearly 20% lower than 2018 with similar or higher occupancy.
