Vacant space criteria toughened

The move was prompted by the wrong type of companies expressing interest in vacant space at Claydon Court.   “They all want to just cram as many people and cars in as possible without giving any thought to their people, other tenants, the local community or the wider environment. That’s not what being a Neutral Territory property is about.”

In future, anyone interested in NT must commit to achieving Suffolk Carbon Charter at at least Bronze level.
